Mr. Norman handles virtually all types of debt collection litigation, including matters involving contracts, open accounts, accounts stated, construction claims, leasing, mechanic's liens, insolvency and bankruptcy. While comfortable in bringing matters to trial, he at all times keeps in mind the client's litigation budget as well as the need for an emotion-free analysis of the prospects of the case. He believes that business litigation, like business itself, should have as its primary goal the protection and enhancement of the business' financial and competitive well-being.

Mr. Norman has does not perform transactional work except insofar as it relates to the resolution of litigation.
